Day 1: 25 - Prat Gespador

The Prat Gespador trail, which runs through the Falgars mountain chain, has origin and end in La Pobla de Lillet. The route is 15,7 km long and has a positive slope of 984 m. It is characterised by a very long first ascent of about 10 km with 700 m of positive slope. During this part of the trail, by small paths, we'll pass through the Cova de la Verge cave (at the 3,3 km point), through the Pla de Sant Cristòfol plain, and then, on the highest part of the trail, we'll run through Prat Gespador and Joc de la Pilota (1.615 m), which is the highest point of the route. Come to that point, we are still 6 km away of our finish line. This 6 km will be of descent through the Serra Pigota mountain chain, passing through Col Fred, Roc de la Lluna, the Catllaràs Chalet, and Collet Cerdana, to finally return to La Pobla de Lillet.

Observations:
The itinerary is circular, with starting and ending point in la Pobla de Lillet.

Day 2: 29 - Source of Llobregat

By Pins de Ca l'Artigas and Devesa de la Merleta, the trail leaves the town centre of La Pobla de Lillet heading for the Artigas Gardens, to arrive then to Clot del Moro in the Castellar de N'Hug municipality. The ascent continues through Pas de l'Ós and Sant Vicenç de Rus, and it crosses the Serra de la Farga Vella mountain chain to reach the town of Castellar de N'Hug. That first stretch of continuous but moderate climb is characterised by following small trails skirting the Llobregat river, and by overcoming a positive slope of 840 m in a distance of 8,5 km.

That first part of the route can boast of beig accompanied by some of the most emblematic resources of the Berguedà region, as the Artigas Gardens, the Asland Cement Factory of Clot del Moro or the Source of Llobregat, where the Llobregat river is born.

From Castellar de n'Hug and heading South, the path goes down to Cal Ros and then ascends to the Pedró de Coma Tremolosa hill, which is the highest point of the route with an altitude of 1.452 m. Then, the descending trail traverses the Serra del Seró to Collada de les Rovires, passing through the vale between the Canals del Grau de Cal Bescaire and the Esgarrapall to Collet de Montbardó, to return to La Pobla de Lillet. From Pedró de Coma Tremolosa to La Pobla de Lillet, the decreasing profile of the route is of 10 km with 800 m of total negative slope.
