Day 1: 26 - Coll d'Escriga

The route to Coll d'Escriga is a trail starting and ending in the town of Bagà. It is 16,6 km long and has a positive slope of 1.083 m. The first stretch of the trail has a little over 5 km long ascent with almost 800 m of positive slope. During this ascent, we'll pass through Santa Fe del Quer (1.8 km point), we'll reach an altitude of 1.454 m right below Turbians, and then slightly descend to Coll d'Escriga (1.356 m). From that point, we'll start a 2 km long descent to Puig de Bagà. Then, we'll run on flat terrain, passing through Cal Cerdanyola, until we reach the 12 km point. There, we'll have to face 1 km on pavement. Finally, the last 3,5 km pass through the Via del Nicolau trail to return to Bagà.

Observations:
The itinerary is circular, with strating and ending point in the town of Bagà.

Day 2: 23 - Rebost

Outing from Bagà, this itinerary shows an over 1.110 m positive slope in less than 16 km.

After leaving Bagà, the route has a first stretch of demanding ascent, over 6 km long, passing through Serrat de les Pedregoses, Serra del Joncar and Paller de Dalt, to continue then through Canal Mala and reach the surroundings of Cap de la Devesa, the highest point of the trail with its 1.738 m altitude. This first part of the trail has a moderately to heavily rising profile in order to reach 1.738 m altitude with more than 1.000 m of total positive slope. The average slope is 16,5%, but it can be over 30% in some stretches.

The second part of the itinerary descends through Coll de Forn to the surrounding of the Rebost shelter (1.628 m). On that point, the trail enters the forest and starts a heavy descent, traversing the paved road that goes to Coll de Pal, until reaching Millarès. Therefrom, the path meanders until meeting the BV-4024 paved road, which we'll follow for 4 km until arriving in Bagà, the outing point.

Day 3: 06 - Vertical mile Puigllançada

Outing from Plaça Catalunya in Bagà (790 m). Through Serra de les Pedregoses and Serrat Joncar, the trail climbs to Paller de Dalt (1.300 m). Then, it continues through Canal Mala and Collada Grossa and then crosses the Bagà to Coll de Pal Road, at the Pleta de la Canal Mala. The route crosses again the BV-4024 road at Coll de Forn (1.712 m), and then follows the path at the right side of the road to reach the Coll de Pal Shelter (1.929 m). At that point, the route takes the Pla de Canells dirt road, right below the paved road, to ascend to Coll de Pal (2.070 m). Then, zigzagging through Puigllançada, we'll reach the itinerary's top at 2.409 m altitude.

Observations:
The itinerary is not circular. The return to Bagà may be done following the same trail.
