During WW I, in the Dolomites, the Italian army equiped the stone walls with different artificial elements –iron rungs, cables…– to allow the troops to move nimbly through a sheer terrain and to easily overcome the geographical accidents that blocked their way.
Nowadays, we call Via Ferrata the intineraries that, based on that idea, allow us to live the experience of mouving through a great stone wall with safety and with no need of the technical knowledge of a climber.
VIA FERRATAS:
– Vallcebre, Canalassa
– Vallcebre, Empalomar
– Montserrat, Teresina
– Centelles, Baumes Corcades
– Andorra, Canal del Grau
Special discounts for schools and groups.
You may join any of the outings programmed on the calendar, or pick a day and a via ferrata and we’ll provide with the equipment, a qualified guide, and the insurance.
