For those who cycle habitually and are in a good physical shape. Many kilometres per satge on a terrain that ensures a lot of hours on the bike. It is recommended to spend the night before in Bagà in order to start pedaling early in the morning. This route is designed for those who do not have more available days. It is recommended to hire the luggage transport to cycle lightlier.

Km on pavement: 19 km / Km on dirt road: 50 km / Km on path: 11 km
Water: Fountain in Coll de la Bena, in Josa de Cadí, and in Cornellana, where it is important to stock up on water because we won't find any until we reach Cerc.
Provisioning: Stage without any kind of service on route. It is advisable to be self-sufficient.
Villages: Bagà, Josa de Cadí, Cornellana, Fórnols, Cerc, La Seu d’Urgell.
Way out: In case of bad weather or fatigue, you have two options to shorten the stage.
Km on pavement: 8 km / Km on dirt road: 65 km / Km on path: 8 km
Water: in Ansovell, Arsèguel, El Querforadat, and Montellà, but not on the route.
Provisioning: in Arsèguel (km 33) there's the restaurant "Ca la Lluïsa" (previous reservation). Also in the Hotel Font del Genil bar-restaurant.
Villages: La Seu d'Urgell, Alàs, Ansovell, Cava, Arsèguel, El Querforadat, Béixec, Montellà, Bellver.
Way out: In cas of bad weather or fatigue, there is an available option.
Km on pavement: 23 km / Km on dirt road: 41 km / Km on path: 0 km
Water: in Bellver de Cerdenya, mountain shelters, Riu and Urús.
Provisioning: You can provide food in the mountain shelters of Cortals de l'Ingla, Serrat de les Esposes and Rebost.
Villages: Bellver de Cerdanya, Riu, Urús, Das, Bagà.
Way out: In case of bad weather or fatigue on the route, you have two options to get out.
